Q:Defect only Return Policy
A:DEFECT:If there is a manufacturer defect on the item you have purchased please send us an email within 48 hours after receipt of item letting us know there is a problem. Please include a brief description of the problem and please send it back to us for an exchange the same?style and color ?(subject to availability). Item should be in original unused condition. Please use a service like USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation to make sure the item is received by us. Orders that are refused, returned to sender or never picked up from the postal service will not be issued a refund.

If you purchased an item on pre order, please refer to the product you purchased for estimated time of delivery. When your pre ordered item comes into stock you will be notified by email of exact shipping date, and will receive a following email with your confirmation number.

A:Cancellation for an order should be notified no later than 7 hours after the order is placed. If the order has not yet been processed at the time of getting the cancellation notice,? then the order will?be canceled. However the order has already entered processing procedure, then 25% of cancellation fee will be incurred.

A:If you the post office return the package because it was undeliverable ,moved,left no address,refused,unclaimed,no mail receptable ,box closed the?customer need to pay for the next shipping.

within this period if you have received the wrong item or any factory defective item.
