Our standard shipping of handbags and feathers is USPS.

Handbags return policy:

Handbags that are not usable,or damaged,please take some picture of broken item to us in our contact us form,then we will issue an RMA, no returns without RMA. In all cases you will need to pay return postage.

Feather return policy: Regretfully we cannot accept returns on fashion accessories including hair extensions.
